Shipping
We deliver nationwide across Nepal by courier. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on your location. You can also pick up your order from our store in Butwal.
Payment
Pay with Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer. For bank transfers, please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order is dispatched once payment is confirmed.
Returns
Easy returns within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original box with all accessories. Contact us on WhatsApp or through our contact form to start a return.
